Forgot the Salad in 1 Kebab for the 2nd time... your kebabs and chips have got smaller and smaller, to the point I need to feed it back, not getting my monies worth. Disappointed

I think sometimes service speed isn’t important if the the order comes to the door and isn’t correct , one time I had ordered and my food came with Mayo all over it when I didn’t ask for Mayo on my chicken donner with chips . Other than that Iv had a good service from Harry’s kebab

Fair play - the food arrived incorrect but the very polite man on the phone more than rectified the missing items, although this took an hour later to arrive. The food is amazing, probably the best lamb Doner in Hemel. Just a shame the timings weren’t great. But as I say, fair play to their efforts and customer service - we will be returning.

Ordered a kebab for the 1st time today, when it arrived the chilli sauce was everywhere & had soaked the pita bread so it was so soggy it was inedible, not nice at all.

Took 2 hours for food to arrive, when food came it was missing bottle of drink. I called and was told driver would come back with it. Never did.

I ordered our kebab & burgers by phone, you said you can't pay with card so I said I've only got a £20 note & will need change as my order total is £12.50 - you said no problem the driver will have change, he arrived with no change but came back 25 mins later with £5 in change - I could have ordered of Just Eat with my card,& only paid £1.99 for delivery. We have used you many times and I'm afraid this made me very sad/annoyed.

Hi we order from you nearly every week but since your change in management had a couple of issues and called u immediately when food arrived and was no answer. I left a voicemail a few weeks ago but never heard back. Love the food but portion sizes have definitly shrunk recently!!
